Research conducted by Canadian Employer Brand Consultancy Blu Ivy Group has revealed that one of the biggest areas of focus for CHROs across North America is building more consistent employee experiences.

In fact, research reveals that 58% of leaders are looking for their employer brand strategy to improve the employee experience and drive employee engagement. Unfortunately, many of today's employer brand projects have little focus on the internal experience, culture and engagement piece, and are not driving the ROI executives are seeking.

“We know that Employer Brand Crisis Management has been on a steep incline over the last 18 months. In fact, more than 50% of leaders surveyed across North America have indicated they have experienced a social employer brand crisis in the last year."
